Witch Hazel Astringent is the best toner for skin care preparations
Witch Hazel Astringent is an alcoholic extract from the leaves, flowers and bark of the hamamelis tree. Contains a mixture of 85-86 % aqueous witch hazel extract and 14-15 % ethyl alcohol as a preservative. It has mildly styptic properties and it helps to reduce razor burn and swelling through its cool soothing sensation. Great for those with sensitive but oily skin. Also great for cleaning wounds and rashes. Cools skin nicely without irritating.
