Large Packages shipped domestically and via international shipping to U.S. are subject to a minimum billable weight of 90 pounds/41 kilograms. A Surcharge and an Additional Handling Fee will not be assessed when a Large Package Surcharge is applied. You will be contacted via email for notification of the surcharge and your order/s will processed after confirmation
The website software shipment is determined by it's weight and size. You will be contacted via email for any extra charges. Orders will be process after your confirmation.
Shipment within Canada and other Countries
Shipping to Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon, Canada with an area code of X0A-X9Z might have extra charges. Please fill up the Contact Form for your interest and you will be notified via email for the shipping rates within your area.
- Extra Fee may also apply to some specific delivery points within Canada and USA. You will be contacted via email for any extra charges and your orders will be processed after confirmation.
International Orders;
- We offer Mineral Makeup and Natural Skin Care products internationally. Minimum charge for the shipping is CAD$5.00. This minimum are usually the shippping cost for Mineral Makeups particularly the Free Samples and Mineral Makeup Kits.
- If you are ordering outside USA and Canada, and your order is more than 1 lbs, your shipping will cost about CAD$20.00 and an additonal CAD$5.00 per 0.5 lbs. The total shipping cost may vary so I higly recommend you to visit my International Order page to learn more.
- If you order directly to our shopping cart, you may need to be contacted for an additional amount for the shipping. However, if you happen to be over charged from the actual shipping cost, you will receive a refund through our paypal account after we have shipped your order. We strongly advice you to visit and fill up the International Order Form before completing your order.
- You will be responsible for any importation rules and restrictions within your area. Inquire about importation requirements from your government about cosmetic products.
Return Policy
- Due to the nature of my products, We do not accept any return or refund for any orders. Getting Free samples is highly recommended before purchasing large orders. Free samples may not be available for some products, but small trial size package is available for very affordable price

- All orders must be paid in advance of shipping.
- All orders are freshly made. We pick the ingredients to the supplier once your orders are confirmed. Please allow 3 to 4 days to process your orders. You will be notified via email when orders are shipped.
