Botanical Name: Citrus Bergamia)- It is antiseptic, slightly astringent, deodorizing, healing for wounds and generaly beneficial for the skin. It also helps improve cases like dandruff, seborrhea, acne, herpes, shingles, eczema, excessive perspiration and unpleasant body odor. Bergamot Essential oil has a reducing effect on seborrhagia, greasy skin and hair and oily seborrhea and treat acne.
Caution: Bergamot oil can cause severe burns when used on sensitive skin that has been exposed to sunlight due to the high bergaptene content.
